Loved all the chorizo tortas, LOVE the bombero, loved the new portabello melt (so simple, but so good! ). Chicken, chorizo, black bean puree, jalapeno alioli, spinach & rocket on a ciabatta-style roll. Pablo’s Paleo Box 7. 95.

Perfect for Sunday brunch, this Chorizo Torta is topped with Sriracha Aioli and a fried egg – a great way to bring your weekend to a close! This combination is often used in tortas as a spread, or as a side dish where plain refried beans would normally be served. A somewhat Paleo-friendly bang, with a whole food, deliciously ethnic cake to celebrate my impending tri. Chorizo! Mackerel! Shrimp! Potatoes! This cake! Because it’s lovely and impressive and it’s grain-free and that’s so hip.
