Paleo Cranberry Vinegar

Perfectly tender Brussels sprouts, combined with salty bacon, tangy balsamic vinegar, and sweetened cranberries makes for the most delicious side dish.

Combine eggs, honey, ghee, vanilla, and apple cider vinegar in medium bowl. Add the stock, cranberries, maple syrup, balsamic vinegar and the remaining 1 tsp thyme to the skillet. Stir in thyme, cranberry juice, broth, maple syrup, and balsamic vinegar. Bring to a gentle boil and then pour over meat in the slow cooker. Cooked all day in a tangy balsamic and cranberry sauce, this Paleo Crock Pot Pork Tenderloin is so tasty and rich that there will never be left overs. Added the browned pork tenderloin with broth, balsamic vinegar, rosemary and cranberries to the crock pot.
