This super cheesy four cheese macaroni and cheese is an easy to make crowd pleaser. You’ll be going back for seconds, guaranteed! Let’s hear it for homemade macaroni and cheese! I opted for gluten-free, quinoa shells, but any pasta will do. A creamy, vegan cheese sauce that’s sure to fool even the pickiest of eaters! Add the macaroni and broccoli to a saucepan of salted boiling water and boil for 10 minutes until soft. You want your sauce to be thick and creamy but not so thick that it starts sticking to the bottom of the pan.
